I met Bal several times when visiting Embark at the Leicester office. Although I didn't know her very well, she was always very warm, friendly and welcoming, making sure I was comfortable and with a coffee in hand. She was the kind of person you could immediately share what was happening...stories about the children, the journey. I will always remember her very natural, engaging and friendly personality, and would like to extend my sincerest condolences to her family and those who knew her at Embark.
