A beautiful person inside and out, you only needed to have met Bal once to understand how much of a wonderful, caring and giving person she was. Her vibrant personality and natural approach with people always made you feel ever-welcome, warm and valued.
At work, Bal made sure the Leicester office ran smoothly and genuinely loved what she did; with many on the receiving end of an infamous “Bal Hug”!
Even during a national lockdown, she loved looking after people. Bal frequently shopped, picked up prescriptions and made meals for her neighbour – and even sent sweets through the post to colleagues at home.
An amazing, caring, social and giving person who always had time for her friends and family, Bal was a proud mother and grandmother. Tyman House simply won’t be the same without her... We will all miss her dearly.

You will be remembered as always smiling and kindness personified.
Bal...a loving soul that couldn't be mistaken! You'll be remembered fondly by so, so many...my little Grace still remembers "that nice lady that always gave me chocolates" when we would visit the office on a day off. My thoughts go out to your family at this difficult time. Sleep well Bal xxx
Shocked and gutted to hear about Bal's passing. She was my favorite person at work and she always had time for everyone, whether it was to have a chat about something meaningful or just a bit of banter. She was lovely and warm and always made me feel positive on a bad day.
