Shocked and gutted to hear about Bal's passing. She was my favorite person at work and she always had time for everyone, whether it was to have a chat about something meaningful or just a bit of banter. She was lovely and warm and always made me feel positive on a bad day.

The Delta team is so incredibly sad to hear this news. Bal was so friendly and welcoming - such a positive face of Embark whenever we visited Tyman House. She clearly cared about every single person who stepped in the door and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely lady who will be missed by everyone who knew her.
