What terribly sad news, Bal was the first person I spoke to on my first day at Embark and was so lovely and welcoming. Always had a smile on her face and time for a chat about what was going on with you and your family. I can only imagine the hole her passing will leave in the lives of her family. The world is a sadder place for the loss of such a lovely person x
